If your door panels have wind braces it works well to put shims under the wind braces to preload the panel against the frame. I added a second wind brace at the top of my shop doors to help keep the wind from pushing them in. That didn’t do much good until I added spacers under the wind braces. I put more spacer under the center of the brace and less mid way from the center to the edge.
