My first choice would be to put a new well in the correct place and move the pump to it. But if that’s not an option my next choice would be to bury underground and put a riser where it needs to be. You could probably run the poly pipe uphill without a problem as long as you use a heavier mil. I use 10 mil if I have to go up hil.
