Why would anyone want to flood irrigate if they have a pivot already?
To answer your question. Is it possible to plane the field in two directions away from the well and run the poly on the grade ridge? Otherwise as has be stated buried pipe is the simplest.
Head height should not matter as much as discharge height. What does land leveling cost versus burying pipe.?
