New Madrid, MO | Cowboy eggs = Take a shot glass & cut a hole in a piece of bread(in the center) then toast it in the toaster. Melt butter in the skillet, put toast in skillet & mash it down flat, crack egg into hole in toast, cook for a minute or so & salt & pepper then flip over & cook till it's the way you like it. This solves the yolk breaking problem, they're really easy to flip. My boys would eat 4 of them each. | |
