Yes you could use a dry humic, but personally I prefer a quality liquid. As for a foliar, we've been playing around with a bio-fungicide. It is an OMRI certified product that jump starts the the SAR and ISR pathways in the plant to prevent disease infection. It has worked really well to reduce the Tarspot and NCLB that we were seeing in corn and the SWM we saw in several fields on beans. Only runs about $6 per acre. I still run a late season strobi/triazole if conditions indicate we might have a late disease flush.
