ok are you running 110 to a fencer of 6000 volts or more. If latter by all means use double insulated wire. Now some on here will say just use 12 2 with ground not RECOMENDED period. you could use high tensile and make darn sure the wire is touching nothing but high quality insulators. My thoughts
