North Carolina | I know no two areas are the same, Heck we really don't even have two farms the same down here, but what the guys are telling me is that because K and S are leachable that closer to planting is better. because in the winter months we get a lot of rain and not a lot of frozen ground. My Son in law applies fall Anhydrous in MO. I have told him if we put any source of N on down here that far ahead of planting, we would be doing it all over in spring when corn came up yellow. LOL | |
