SW WI | David, my question has always been….if there were underhanded stuff in 2020…..first, call that out with specific, concrete examples. Second, work to change the election rules that may have led to questionable ballots.
And by underhanded stuff, I mean what the hardcore people call stealing the election.
I, for one, am uncomfortable with certain aspects of absentee voting. Do I want to block anyone from voting that can’t vote on Election Day?
No…..but we need to be certain about chain of custody on those votes.
I really feel this should have been the message. Working within the system, respecting the system. In many cases the GOP controlled state legislatures to get this done.
I have always felt, just shouting “ the election was stolen” was a lazy way of not putting in the work to make changes.
Using a sports analogy…..maybe if you’re on a team that just lost to a team that you thought, no way, no how are they going to beat us…..look in the mirror. Ask the hard questions, what wasn’t I prepared for, what did I do wrong, what changes do I need to make.
Every 5 year old thinks the other team cheated.
