You forgot to mention that Ashley Babbit was climbing through one of those smashed out "unlocked" windows.
It reads to me like the DEI hire did the job he was hired to do while the other clowns with the big guns stood around and did nothing while watching Ashley break the law..
That DEI hire has a history of mental lapses with his service weapons
