Tuscola, IL | Several years ago we went from Yamaha atvs to Kawasaki when kawasaki came out with their v-twin. It was a mistake imo. The Kawasaki has a ton more power. At the time it was an impressive amount of power. But that’s it. The Yamahas were built and finished a lot better. That said, I have looked at the ridge a few times and it would certainly be tempting to try it. Have always wanted to bite the bullet on a side by side and was always convinced a ranger xp was the way to go. Then started looking at can am. Just recently noticed Kawasaki came out with the ridge. Still haven’t pulled the trigger but the ridge does look impressive. Haven’t driven one but have to imagine they’ve improved in quality since the atv we got. Although we still have it and it still does what we want it to do. | |
