Warm it up with propane torch. Those will stick a bit with cold and water.
On a side note: Have you ever put air in your tires in the winter and had the core/valve freeze open and end up letting all the air out of the tire? Same thing as OP. Happened to me once. Now I'm prepared if ever happens again.
