Were the heifers sync'ed for timed ai (TAI)? I assume yes. How many days between ai and cleanup bull turnout?
I normally wait 5 days. This makes ai verses natural cover difficult to determine. I use DNA test to verify parents of resulting calves.

Yes, It was a 14 day sync my vet had us do.
We turned the bulls in a week later, but they shouldn't get anything bred until the cattle cycle again correct? It was interesting on the ultrasound screen you could tell the difference between bull bred and Ai bred from the size of the embryo.
