Very questionable coaching by ND to kick the FG. Not only did they need 2 more possessions, they needed 2 more TD's.
Its not like it would have been a 10-11 pt game (after a made FG) that a TD and another FG could tie it up. It still would have been a 13 pt deficit.
And OSU's clock management at the end of the game (prior to the 2:00 warning) was terrible as well. There were several times that the ball was snapped with 10+ seconds on the play clock with the game clock running.
