My daughter is in Conroe TX, an hour north of Houston, said every thing is shut down, school, city street dept. , city government offices, they said stay home, it may get down to 20 degrees Fahrenheit, if you have to go out dress in layers, gloves and hats, chance of snow flurries tomorrow morning , I'm thinking 20 degrees would be nice.
