| What I always thing with springtooth type stuff. It’s almost always possible to remove at least one shank from each end. It’s a foot smaller. Often you can remove 3 from each side so 3’ smaller. Yes you need to stay 1.5’ further away from fences. Often the rear drag is made so few bolts, remove one, two double drag pieces just the frame sticks out a bit. Long as you have one shovel beyond the tire. I have done that twice. Took 2-3 sets off, got bigger, mfwd tractor, bolted them back on. | |
