We've pulled ours with a 1066, 1086, 5230 2wd, a maxxum 115 fwa and a 7120. Depending what was free at the time. The 7120 with duals wins for comfort and control. Those drills with dolly wheels can push a tractor around in the hills. Ive only planted wheat into stalks once 3 years ago. Probably 180 bu corn but ran the vt ahead of the drill.


It's been years since I've pull one, but the dolly wheeled version definitely made something pucker up going down hills. I was sitting on the seat of an old Oliver 1850.
