Latimer, Iowa (north central) | Make sure that every time they will work on it or if the lines/poles are every made bigger you get paid again/more and that price is inflation adjusted. Pipelines signed guys up here in like 1930's for something like $3.00 a rod. Now there is 5 pipes there and minimal additional payments. I would have to look up the easement but the last big pipe they put in we got a check for a few hundred bucks. |
