Sometimes it’s hard to tell because your most productive ground is typically your quickest to dry out and be fit to run (atleast in my case). I didnt get any beans planted early this year but those that did get some mid-April beans in said there was a bigger spread than usual. The best beans I have ever raised were planted the day after Easter in 2023.
It doesnt need to be a fancy setup either. Any tractor, preferably with a cab, pulling something that gets seed in the ground and covered up will work. ;)
Easter? That amazes me. Your not that far south of me, but i might still be plowing snow! No wonder you guys have better crops than I do. |
