| The company seems very willing to work with me on where the poles are placed. Pretty much told me to pick the route. Crop damage, compaction, construction practices. returning the land to as is after lease expires, etc., ect. are addressed in the contract. Like has been said, the first offer is usually low but, they are offering a one time six figure signing bonus, $3 ft for 30 yrs that goes up a certain % every few years. | |
