The state is Arkansas. I know I'm asking for advice and I really appreciate the feedback. The contract I have in front of me has a nondisclosure clause so I am a little reluctant to give a lot of info.
If you haven’t signed it, the non-disclosure clause is not valid.
To your first question, get an attorney, one that is familiar with easements to look at it NOW. Better if you get your neighbors on board as well. Strength in numbers. |
