Just curious where are you getting your bulls from?
I started buying from Wendell livestock. He’s out of Lamoure. Have bought many bulls from Weigel Amgus out of Kintyre. I try to stay away from certain genetics such as SAV. Not so much different breeders as different bloodlines. More moderate and not high growth. There are plenty of guys who are looking for those high growth bulls that they have to have some of those. But they also have the more moderate more maternal lines also. |
