| Does anyone have any knowledge and information they would share on an overhead transmission line easement? The easement is 100' wide and roughly 2.5 miles long. My land is in a favorable spot between proposed wind farms and a coal plant with existing transmission lines. The coal plant is shutting down in 2030. These will be single poles 75-90 feet tall. Any pointers or suggestions on what to watch out for? Does anyone know the going rate per foot for these easements? This is a new thing in my area and I really have no examples to get info from. | |
