Not sure on how much but thats part of the reason why they are replacing the current VC-25 (highly modified Boeing 747-200) with the VC-25B (highly modified 747-8). The power requirement keeps increasing as well as parts availability becoming less and less. Same reason the E4B (doomsday planes) are being upgraded to the 747-8 platform.
