I have two bins with center draw auger and a gearbox that runs from the draw auger to power the sweep. 
Emptying them is pretty straightforward. Open center draw hole and let all grain that will flow out. Then open holes atop center draw auger to let grain out until I can see the drag auger. Now engage drag auger and let it make a circle and sweep grain to center. Let sweep circle a second time to get all but last couple inches of grain. Disengage sweep and either use scoop shovel and broom or grain vac to remove last of grain.
