| Skin barnacles, also known as seborrheic keratosis, are pretty common. They’re those small, raised, and sometimes scaly spots that appear on the skin as we age. I’ve had a couple myself, and they’re harmless, though they can be a bit annoying or itchy. If you're worried about them, a dermatologist can easily remove them.
