NE Nebraska | The neighbor has a group of late calving heifers for sale. Seems to be $200-400 under the money. Look like decent cows, a couple smaller framed but nothing too bad. They calve late April-early May. I calve my cows April 5th. How much trouble will I have getting them to breed back to the April/May window? Are they worth messing with for that reason? Hate going to the sale barn to look for cows but that’d be my next option. Thanks | |
