yes Sen. Lisa Brown is at it again. big problem: State constitution doesn't allow an income tax in Wa. Of course that didn't stop her from suing the citizens a couple years ago over a tax issue (she lost) and it probably won't stop her from passing something which will go to court and be repealed.
