Typically people who brag about how great they or things are usually not that great.   If you were so smart you would have set yourself up with adequate financial resources.   A person that smart would have locked in the prices on  building supplies.  If you are smart as you claim you’d realize many people who are punching the clock aren’t doing it because they want to but because they have to.   If you are so smart you should be found incredibly valuable to the corporate world.  




I work in town and also farm.   Do you think I started “ punching the clock” by choice or because I felt the off farm income was necessary to get going?   I make decent to good off farm income especially including benefits.   Have I left?   No I’m to the point I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now.   Why not at this point ride it out and leave as a retiree?
