Dual takes more than zidua? In my experience the dual might not wait around as long but takes less water to activate. The dual will also probably peter out quicker. My thought would be zidua pre with a longer residual window dual post where hopefully you get 1/2” to get it activated and it lasts you a couple weeks or so until you get to canopy. This is assuming narrow rows, 30” rows where you are an additional 2 weeks or so to canopy and I’d probably switch back to zidua post
