SESD | I am starting to come around to understanding it that they probably think you are cheap. I feel most things in life should be addressed head on. I haven't really put it to practice, but have been frustrated with service more so lately also. I think just stopping the waitress on your way out or when they bring the bill and kindly and gently letting them know you are generally pretty generous with tipping, but here are the couple reasons I didn't leave one or much for them. Could be no one has really trained them at their job and they are ignorant of what "great service" really is. Could be they really don't give a sh**. Could be they were really overworked at the time. Alot of times it's a young gal, maybe high school age and she could maybe use some good instruction. I don't really know, but it definitely is a pretty common problem.
