Faunsdale, AL | The between your feet sounds like the 10 and 20 series tractors, except no cover, fuse panel was exposed just above cover over the clutch/transmission input shaft housing.
I wouldn’t call the cover over the fuse box and ECU in the fender, more like in the cover over the axle. It was straight behind your left heel on the 5325. Seems like it had two wing screws holding it on. Once that cover was off, I usually had to take an air hose or garden hose to blow all the accumulated muck out before I could even see the fuse panel.
I realize our dairy help were perfectly capable of tearing up an anvil with a rubber mallet, so it might not have been a problem on a tractor that never got abused like ours did.
Tractor was sold a couple years ago after sitting a couple years. My uncle who made he deal had forgotten what was actually wrong with it (wouldn’t move at all and it wasn’t the torsional damper sheared out) but when the guy showed up to get it, he was tickled pink that it started right up and engine ran perfectly! Maybe he had one with a bad engine or something. Anyway, I wasn’t sorry to see it leave!
