I have a couple SilencerCo Omega 300 in 7.62 and a Omega 36M for my SBR and Ar's with Geissele triggers.
The Omega 36M is muti-caliber rated up to .338 LPM and 350 Legend. It's rated down to 10" barrels for .223/5.56, 16" barrels
for .308/7.62, and 20" barrels for .300 WM and 18" barrrels for .338 LM. It's also rated full auto, which is nice for my 3 gun triggers.
The Omega 300 is rated from .223/5.56 to .300MN. It warrantied for short barrels down to 7" .300BLK ,
10" 5.56, 16" 7.62, and 20" barrels for Magnum calibers. It's the quietest .30 cal on the market. It is also full auto rated
I swap out end caps and remove the brakes for .223/5.56.
I have ASR mounts on a dozen or more firearms so i can just swap them around
Nice to cover multiple calibers with a single suppressor.
Unless you shoot sub sonic you aren't gong to get them real quiet.
They run around 120 db to 135dB, depending on rd and gr.
Usually a 38db reduction from non suppressed.
I shoot everything without muffs.
You can get them down quit a bit more with sub sonic rds

Edit- Also a suppressor will increase velocity extending range and accuracy.
But sometimes the harmonics make it worse. You can address those issues.
