I try and be respectful.
It is hard when one is driving at night and the cop spotlights you, then wonders why you stopped in the middle of the road.
Most cops have been pretty decent, but one always remembers the bad ones
My favorite is the officer that accused me of going around the scale, he literally stopped me in front of the farm stead I loaded at. I hadn't even gotten straight when he was on me with the lights.
Very belligerent about it also. All you can do is smile.
Another one that gets me is watching videos where several cops pull up to a vehicle everyone sirens blaring and screaming at the driver. Maybe flip the sirens off so the driver can hear. |
It’s a good idea to be nice to the police .
