Subject: Electric Fence for Sheep

I currently have angus cattle and have good 5 strand barbwire perimeter fence with an offset set hot 12 ga smooth wire on fiberglass rod which falls about 25" high which is between the 2nd and 3rd barb wire. Works great for cattle and rotational grazing.

I am looking to add hair sheep in the near future and I'm trying to decide if I need to add another hot wire lower down to keep them in.

Can anyone tell me how high a second hotwire should be? The top one is 25" . If I go between the next barbwires it would be around 16". The bottom barbwire is 12 or 13" high.
