Same thing here. Put good $ into front axle repairs on a JD 4955, and popped engine 4 hrs later. Finally got 4250 home from dealer for a power shift repair (was ugly but…) Not sure what the answer is; my scale isn’t enough to justify upgrade so repair and move on
