It will be tougher to persuade them when they're paid in full. I think I would:
1. Try to persuade them nicely to fix it right
2. If no luck have lawyer send stern letter
3. If that doesn't do it you'll have to decide if you want to spend legal fees.
Provided they're a solvent company.
Thanks. All I will say for now is I believe them to be a solvent company, actually very highly recommend and reviewed on stalk. Apparently the company was sold in recent history and quality has absolutely tanked. |
