Don’t do it here. Some grass broke out 40-50 years ago and still grass. And not a small amount Know of some land that’s farmed and valued at $800 yes eight hundred/ acre. Another where farmstead was removed 20+ years ago and assessor still has acre under house valued at 20,000. Been no house there 20+ years.
