I thot Rush was one of the rudest, arrogant guys ever. But he got listeners.


Rush has a personality like everyone. Like how some people can drive you up a wall, others can be a best friend, neither are better humans than another. But as stated, anyone who didn't listen on a regular basis would think he was a little abrasive.

Art, having listened to him enough, certainly did not believe everything he heard. He was more about giving an open platform to anyone who had something to say that others would listen to. Ratings in other words. He started as just another political show, but said someone came on with a bunch of conspiracy theories one day and that ended up being his top rated show ever, so he took that theme and ran with it. My favorite part of Art's show was that he broadcast from his home in NV, and for a short time in The Philippines, rather than NY, LA or some other major media city. He also never used call screeners which added to the authenticity of his show.
