Chris,those pulling tractors and rigs pulling are if done correctly tax deductions.This is why the tax laws are written the way they are.It creates a great big demand.Much like whats the difference from a 1/2 ton pickup and a 3/4 ton on accelerated depreciation,,,only thing is the buyers are putting another 35 grand into the economic engine,,sure bigger tax write off but that money he spends to avoid a bigger tax is the gas pedal on 3/4 ton truck sales.
I suspect that land will never return to being cheap,,unless all else fails and no one can afford to farm,,we all go down to the food depot and get our care baskets from the CCP.
