WCIL | Had trouble here too a few weeks ago. Site said they were implementing new system that wasn't complete yet. I would think they could leave the old system in place until its done. My guess is they had new rules or laws and didn't t have the time to get their system ready= standard government protocol. It kept sending me to a confusing FAQ's page where you could upload ID documents. Did all that then it rejected it. Said heck with it. Wasted a lot of time uploading docs. Its not due for several months so gives me time to cool down or forget it. Used to be a 2 minute job. Funny how my ID docs are the same ones we originally got our dot number with. Waste of time | |
