| I lost one of the fobs for my Corvette a couple years ago when I went to get it out in the spring. I could only find one of them and I looked through coat and pants pockets. I asked the wife and looked everywhere to no avail. If you have a working fob it is easy to program a new one but if you have no fobs, them it is a flatbed wrecker trip to the dealer to have it programmed for a new set.
I went to the dealer and bought a replacement unit and learned it to the car. Not long after that, Miriam come carrying the missing one. I had left it laying on the dresser and her OCD kicked in and she put everything on the dresser in the candy dish on the dresser.
Apparently I hadn't looked "everywhere" but her OCD cost me $140.
