South Bend, IN | I’ve had no trouble using the government website but my complaint is when you are finished there is really no confirmation that it was complete or successful. The enormous amount of text and emails saying to renew or expired always leaves doubt that I did it correctly. I did call a third party once that sent an email a week or so after I did it myself and they verified it was up to date. Asked why they sent a notice and the response was they just send them out regardless of the status. | |
