Glad you found it. When my cat is in the garage at home I have always left the fob in it so I am not looking for it every time my wife or I going out. Does doing that harm anything? Been doing it for 5 years. Have replaced that fob battery once.
Glad that works for you. I wouldn't be able to find the cat when I wanted to go out and probably wouldn't remember which cat I put it in.
Seems like a certain amount of corrosion would be inevitable.
