The website is terrible. I wouldn’t get near any of it even if it was a reasonable price, which it’s not. Everything I’ve heard is there’s many different entities as well as other operators running some farms for percentage of the crop. They knew they were cheating the system but couldn’t prove it for years. Lots of other allegations out there. Idk what’s true but money definitely flowing in from other places.
Not sure why anyone would want to get involved in that mess.
Kind of fun to look at the map on the website and then find the farm on the Land Glide app to see who owns it.
Looks like lots of Misery hill ground that should be pasture but is getting row cropped. You spend half your time turning around.
