First year we bought bulk liquid fertilizer we worked out a deal with a neighbor that had steel tanks was a mess with rust chunks and plug ups.  In the off season we put up our own system with plastic tanks.  In the last 10 or more years since zero rust caused plug ups.  At the time there was some NRCS money to build containment.  This is something you buy once cry once on.
