I had same troubles the Ron had except I wasn't going to be blackmailed into paying for it.
I slobbered through the exact screenshots you posted. When I got in there, my MCS 150 info was there but did not see a button to update it (no changes needed on my end). I logged out without doing anything.
Updating DOT info online...????
