Planted green with no row cleaners and rolled it down right after planting and then killed.

What stage or height was the vetch? I've always heard rolling was only very effective if the vetch had gone reproductive. But if yours is less mature, maybe rolling + chemical completes the job--especially if that would allow planting corn earlier (as opposed to waiting for the vetch to be more mature to roll it).

What did you spray with? And did you spray right after rolling or wait a while?
