A lot of wealth has been obtained the last 5 years. Locally we are competing with non farmers who are selling other businesses, hunters looking for recreational ground, there are fewer farmers getting started. Land rents have not gone up proportionate to value, so I suspect we see a plateau for a bit, until the next big event, which will most likely drive prices higher.
