This deal has more questions than answers

1. I've never seen a lease yet that doesn't prohibit subleasing.
2. It wd lease for about the same amount of money
So what is the incentive for them to sublease it?
3. There will be multiple red flags at FSA office and crop ins
4. Noone can afford to pay big money without FSA and crop ins.
5. Current farmers wd have 0 to say about FSA and crop ins
6. To get payments there will have to be a signed lease between owner and new tenant, which leaves current farmers in the cold.

Im a little surprised anyone would even bid on it without having these questions answered..
And no way wd the punishment stay with the land. You can't punish the owner for something he didnt do.


They were very adamant I didnt talk to land owner.
