I'd tell you that plant has a long history of management/production issues. Been a buyer of DDGS in S MN/N IA for years and its always been a struggle getting quality product out of that plant. They could never produce anything consistent.
If there was a plant that needed to idle and get itself squared around Fairmont would be #1.
